1. Service operator
SUMIBRANDS is a brand managed by Mateo González from Houston, Texas, United States. Contact: mgonzalez@sumibrands.com. These terms describe website use and customer access. Specific terms for each transaction will be agreed separately.
2. What we offer
SUMIBRANDS facilitates sourcing parts, equipment and supplies in the United States, purchasing management and shipping coordination for customers across the Americas. We work to requirements and do not present our own stock for immediate purchase. Each request depends on the product, supplier, destination and applicable requirements.
3. Platform status
You can currently learn about the service, create an email or Google account and sign in. Apple and phone access are not enabled. Account profiles, requests, drafts and documents are being prepared. Creating an account does not create an order, payment or obligation to contract. Email verification establishes control of an address; it does not certify legal identity, creditworthiness or authority to represent a company.
4. Using your account
You must be an adult, provide accurate details and be authorized if acting for a company. Protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. Do not use the site for impersonation, fraud, abusive submissions, unlawful content or attempts to access others' data. We may restrict access in response to abuse or security risks; questions about such measures can be sent to the contact email.
5. Quotations and transactions
An enquiry or registration does not mean an order has been accepted. Before a purchase, the part number and specifications, quantities, availability, price, fees, currency, payments, shipping, taxes and responsibilities must be agreed in writing. The quotation will state its validity and applicable terms. Advance payments, cancellations, returns and warranties will be defined for each transaction before contracting. Do not send money without a confirmed quotation and terms.
6. International shipments
Lead times, routes and costs must be confirmed per order. The destination may require procedures, permits, taxes or import and export restrictions. The offer must identify who handles each task and cost. Serving the Americas does not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every country. SUMIBRANDS does not present itself on this site as a licensed customs broker.
7. Trademarks and information
Manufacturer trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply authorized distribution, affiliation or stock availability. Website content is informational; technical compatibility, availability and product terms must be confirmed for the transaction. Do not reproduce SUMIBRANDS' identity or content to impersonate the brand.
8. Availability and responsibility
The website may experience interruptions or changes due to maintenance, technology providers or external causes. It does not guarantee commercial results or continuous availability. Report errors so we can review them. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Purchase warranties and responsibilities will be expressly addressed in the commercial documentation.
9. Privacy, closure and changes
Data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy. You may request account closure at mgonzalez@sumibrands.com. Closure does not extinguish outstanding transaction obligations or erase records that must legally be retained. We will publish amendments here and communicate changes or request acceptance where appropriate. These terms do not retroactively modify existing commercial agreements.
